THINGS TO DO
BOURNE FARM
Built in 1757 Bourne Farm is a
delightful destination where history
is kept alive in a beautifully restored
home and barn. Set amidst beautiful
fields which slope gently toward
Bourne’s Pond the property crosses
over the Shining Sea Bikeway to
numerous hiking trails. The Bourne
Farm property has turned into a
popular dog walking site in Falmouth
where dog lovers enjoy bringing their
pets for some exercise in the fields and
on the trails. All dogs must be kept on a
leash at all times.

CAROUSEL OF LIGHT
A beloved fixture of Falmouth Village,
the carousel has delighted local
residents and visitors to Falmouth
since 2013. One of the few remaining
carousels of its kind in the United
States, kids and adults alike flock
to this Cape Cod institution every
summer. Brightly colored hand-carved
horses spin around the cheery red
and white striped top. Joyous music
fills the air as the horses go ‘round.
Take a ride on Patriot, Butterscotch
or everyone’s favorite, Pearl. Join the
more than 135,000 riders over the
last eight years and make a merrygo-round memory this summer, too!
